When our loan officer dropped some unexpected news about our debt-to-income ratio, I thought we were done for. Vladimir walked me through each document we'd need and exactly why the lender wanted it, which honestly kept me from panicking. He didn't just send us off to figure it out alone - he explained every step and even helped us understand what the underwriter was looking for. We closed on time and I couldn't be happier with our new place. I'd definitely work with Vladimir again.

Tim and his crew were terrific to work with in selling our Beachfront duplex property in CdM. This former family home had never been on the market since its construction in the late 60's. Tim was very patient with us selling the home. Tim was very dialed into the ebbs and flows of the current market and almost had a 6th sense about who would be the type of most likely buyers. The group leased one of the units in this duplex while the property was listed as well. The property was beautifully staged and extensively marketed. Finally, closing the transaction was smooth as silk. I would choose Tim and his group again in a heartbeat if the need should ever arise again.

Mar 2026Sawsan did an amazing job in helping me purchase my first home. She was super responsive and worked through all of my requests so quickly. She was able to find me the perfect first house within days of meeting, and once I put an offer in, she helped ensure I closed quickly while making sure the property was properly inspected and all repairs were made. She was so helpful and answered every question I had, and provided great recommendations on additional resources like the inspector, plumbers, etc. I highly recommend working with Sawsan if you are looking to buy a home.
